Instance-001 is a "moon" with Red and White areas on it which are illuminated by a "sun" with a red ring.
Instance-001 contains Abnormal Terrain Geometry and craters scattered across the Instance
Equipment Recovery
Due to recent events Multiple Equipment Recovery operations have been made to recover Stationary Monitoring Cameras, audio Recording Devices and Object Anomalies.
Anomalies
O-1 [Glowing One]
O-1 is the first physical anomaly encountered within the instance, O-1 was spotted waving at recovery team Tango-5 then fleeing to the hill, before it crossed over the hill O-1's color changed from glowing red to glowing white.
O-2 [VRC Husk]
O-2 is a Compromised VRC player
that has been turned into a husk by the effects of Intance-001.
Most O-2 entities usually loose the ability to speak or think and are reduced to a feral and aggressive state, some of the other O-2 entities that were able to keep their ability to speak and think intact have been contained for further study.
C.P.A O-001
C.P.A O-001 or also known as X-STAR is a Cognitive and Physical anomaly posing as a light source for Instance-001.
3 out of 5 operations to get close or inside C.P.A O-001 have been successful with only two operations being documented.
Rules for Safety
It is strongly advised for all personnel that enter Instance-001 to have a class A Hazardous Protection Suit equipped.
If a cognitive hazard is found/heard leave the area immediately and proceed to the Instance Threshold.
